A. Standard shipping takes 12–20 business days (free). Express DHL takes 7–12 business days ($14.99). Tracking is sent within 24–48 hours after shipping.

A. Yes. We ship to 40+ countries worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on customs.
Q. How can I track my order?
A. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.
Q. Do I need an account to place an order?
A. No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, view history, and manage returns easily.

A. 5–7 days on a full charge. Recharges in about 2 hours with the included magnetic charging cable.
Q. Is Slunix Sleep Band waterproof?
A. Yes. It is 5ATM rated — safe for showering, swimming, and daily wear. No need to take it off.
Q. Does the app require a subscription?
A. No. The Slunix app is free for life. No monthly fees, no hidden charges. You own your sleep data.
Q. What does Slunix track?
A. Deep sleep, light sleep, REM sleep, heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO2), skin temperature, and sleep duration. Every morning you get a Sleep Score — a simple number from 1–100.
Q. Is it comfortable to wear while sleeping?
A. Yes. Slunix Sleep Band is lightweight (30g), slim, and designed specifically for overnight wear. Most users forget they are wearing it after the first night.

Q. Is my personal information secure?
A. Absolutely. We do not store credit card information. Payment is processed securely and used only for a one-time transaction.
Q. Does Slunix share my health data?
A. Never. Your sleep and health data is yours alone. We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal health information.
